October 15, 2010: Grand Opening benefitting the Issaac Foundation
This event will be a wine tasting and hors d'oeuvres evening benefitting the Issaac Foundation. Tickets for this event will go on sale in early September.
October 21, 2010: Grand Opening of Private Restaurant
Commellini Estate’s private restaurant will be open Thursday through Saturday beginning October 21st. If you would like to be one of the first people to dine at the newly remodeled Commellini Estate make your reservation by calling (509)-466-0667.

August 10, 2010- Grand Opening Announcement!
We are pleased to announce that our grand opening on will be held on October 15th! This event will be a wine tasting and hors d'oeuvres evening benefitting the Issaac Foundation. In addition, we are pleased to announce that we are now taking dinner reservations for our private restaurant. Commellini Estate’s private restaurant will be open Thursday through Saturday starting October 21st. Please note that reservations and membership is required. Membership is complimentary and can be obtained by submitting the form on the Members Page or by phone when making your reservation. Reservations can be made by calling (509)-466-0667.

July 25, 2010- Christmas Parties Booked
Although it is still July we have officially booked four corporate Christmas parties! If you or your office is looking for a venue to host their Christmas or Holiday party give us a call at (509) 466-0667.
July 22, 2010- Construction Update: Roof is Complete
After weeks of demolition we are now starting to put things back together. The west side of the building has been rebuilt and re-roofed.
June 18, 2010- Construction Update: Six interior walls have been officially removed.
It already looks like Commellini’s has had a facelift, despite the countless construction tools and wood piles. It is amazing the difference six walls can make. To view photos click: Picture1, Picture 2, Picture 3.

April 13, 2010 – Received our Permit!
After months of preparation, discussions, and countless meetings with the County we received our permit to remodel. That same evening the Seghetti family gathered to celebrate and toast with champagne.
July 10, 2009- First Drawing of New Restaurant Layout

June, 2009- Bringing it Back to the Family
The Seghetti family walks through the restaurant and sees the deterioration of the once great Commellini Restaurant. They come to the realization that for the restaurant to ever return to its greatness, drastic changes need to be made. Seeing this as the perfect opportunity to follow their dream, they decided to bring back Commellini’s under family management.
